Pop up restaurant – Bar & tapas

– By J&L Pourcel –

Our concept

A gourmet bistro at the Marché du Lez.

In an old rehabilitated cellar which was for 30 years a well-known tiller business in Montpellier, the Pourcel brothers and Olivier Château wanted to create their new home. They love giving new life to offbeat places. An address full of spirit and meaning, between the city and the beach.
It is the perfect set up for industrial architecture lovers. Polished concrete, metal beams, cement tiles, Murano chandeliers, antique mirrors, original wood, artistically crafted steel, tags or vintage, recycling, and contemporary objects: TERMINAL #1 is a bit of all that. Various universes that invite you to immerse yourself in a different dimension.
The open kitchen allows you to observe the culinary movements of services.
The bistro spirit has a neo-industrial atmosphere with comfortable chairs, cascading lights, a zinc counter, a slicing machine ham, plates for cold cuts and cheeses.
Snack time can be enjoyed at the tapas bar and the wine bar, on the mezzanine, the small bridge or even in comfortable lounges. Should you prefer to eat on the the go or for a real dinner, just enjoy a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that reminds you of Barcelona or Seville.
